Mickey Mouse/Cricket

Mickey Mouse

Or Cricket as it is otherwise known is about scoring as many points as you can.

No Players – Usually between 2 & 6 players – in pairs or on your own.

Time – Can be as long or as short as you like by having less scores to hit.

Rules

The game usually starts with drawing the board typically numbers 20, 19, 18, 17, 16, 15 & Bull.

The person team who starts usually determined by closest to the bull.

The object of the game is to hit each score 3 times, with doubles and trebles count as 2 & 3 times respectively.

You score points by hitting the score 3 times and then continue to hit the score until the other team hits the score 3 times.

The game continues until one person has hit all the scores three times, the person with the highest number of runs wins.

Example:

Player 1 throws and hits treble 20, 20 and an 18, the 20 is then opened as it is hit 3 times and also score 20 runs, and they have also knocked one hit off of the 18.

Player 2 throws a treble 20, 20 and treble 15, the 20 is closed out as it has been hit 3 times by both teams ( this means player 1 can no longer score any runs from this number), the other 20 does not account for anything as the other player has already hit the 20 3 times, they have also opened the 15 as they have hit it 3 times.

Player 1 throws again and hits an 18, 15 and 18 the 18 has already been hit once with the other two occasions of being hit the scoring has been opened. Fifteen also has a hit against it.

Player 2 hit 15, 15, 15, as the fifteen had already been opened and the other player has not closed out the score player 2 scores 45 points.

Below is how the table would look at this point in the game.
